How It Works

The air in your home must travel through a filter in order for it to be cleaned with other air "filters.” The Mountainaire™ air purifier destroys pollutants in your home. When placed by a cool intake register with the fan turned on, the Mountainaire™ will clean air ducts, and shoot super-charged oxygen into every room in your home. The Mountainaire™ has a washable filter and will pick up any small particles that flow through the unit. All other airborne particles will drop to the floor to be vacuumed later.

How does it eliminate or significantly reduce pollution without requiring the air to go through the unit?

The Mountainaire™ has mechanisms that help to eliminate pollution similar to a natural thunderstorm process. Thunderstorms produce highly activated oxygen, which destroys pollution and puts negative ions in the air.
