Warranty:
The Original SUNHEAT models 1500 come with a 5 year parts and labor warranty. All other SUNHEAT models and products, including SH1500 remote control units and SUNHEAT fireplaces, have a 3-year parts and labor Manufacturer's Warranty. The company warrants this product, to the original purchaser or gift recipient, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, for a period of three years from the date of purchase. All transportation charges are the responsibility of the consumer.
Returns and Refunds:
Note: Purchases made through an authorized SUNHEAT dealer must be returned to dealer. Please see your SUNHEAT dealer for their return policy.
Purchases made directly from SUNHEAT International and SUNHEAT Sales allow for a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee after your purchase. We will complete a refund of the purchase price or replacement, whichever you prefer. Simply return the heater to us, within 30 days of the original purchase date, along with your Proof of Purchase to:
