SAFE-Infrared waves are invisible to the human eye but have the capability to deliver efficient heat at low temperatures, 180° to 200° Fahrenheit. SOFT-Similar to soft water systems that soften hard water the Original SUNHEAT produces soft warm heat. It starts with the lifetime filter on the back of the heater. While this filter is not an air purifier, it does capture some impurities. The air is pulled through the filter into the heat chamber where infrared heat lamps, surrounded by pure copper tubes, transfer the infrared heat to the water molecule in the air. The air is then pushed out into the room where the water molecules warm the objects in the room; carpet, chairs, sofa, etc. This heating process does not break up the water molecules in the air; therefore does not decrease the humility. Heat coil space heaters, wood burning fireplaces and corn stoves break up the water molecules in the room and the heat rises like water from a boiling pot. This process dries out the air and can aggravate some health problems like: dry skin, scratchy throats and nose bleeds. The reaction of the infrared heat with the water molecule warms the objects in the room without making them hot; the result is a soft warm environment.
