We had a very small number of black fans arrive from the factory with small dings to the box. With less than a 0.003% defect rate overall (3 in 1,000) and after being reviewed by our stringent quality control team, we are 100% confident the fans themselves are in perfect working order with absolutely zero damage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to sell these to our brick and mortar mom and pop retailers around the country given the small scrapes and/or slight damage to the boxes themselves. We can, however, ship these out via UPS or FedEx to you as the packing, which supports the fans in shipping, has not been compromised.

The CoolZone CZ500 Ultrasonic Dry Misting Fan by SUNHEAT is designed to keep you cool and comfortable during the hot season with many beneficial features. Dry environments can lead to dehydration and accelerated aging. The misting function uses ultrasonic high frequency oscillation principles to atomize the water into 1-5 micron ultra-fine particles.
